How a Consultancy Website Can Look as Sure as the Advice It Sells

A consultancy sells something a client can’t try first. So the website becomes the first piece of evidence. Alpatad’s is dark, sharp and specific, with the process spelled out, the brands and numbers on show, and a lime button to talk on every screen.

The brief

Clients Can’t Test the Advice in Advance, So They Judge the Way the Firm Presents.

The Problem

Business owners hiring a consultancy are buying judgement they cannot see in advance. Most agency sites answer that with vague promises and stock photos, so every firm looks the same, and the decision comes down to price or to whoever answered first.

The Goal

Design a site that looks as sharp as the advice it sells, shows the process from first contact to results, proves scale with brands, figures and a real team, and keeps a booking button in reach on every screen.

Who it’s for

Founders and managers of growing businesses looking for help with strategy, operations, finance or their digital presence. They shortlist two or three firms and call the one that seems most in control.

The visual system

A Dark, Serious Palette With Lime Where the Talking Starts.

Black and deep olive grounds give the firm weight. Pale sage keeps the reading sections calm, so long stretches of service detail don’t tire the eye. A vivid lime marks every button.

Syne

Syne, wide and confident, gives a consultancy the presence of a firm twice its size.

Specialization in strategic & Operational Management

The hero headline, word for word.

The decisions

How the Design Solves It

Four ways the page earns the first call.

Bold From the First Screen

A dark hero, a wide confident headline and lime highlights. The firm looks in control before a single claim is read.

The Process, Spelled Out

Straight after the client logos, three numbered steps show how an engagement runs, from initial contact through solutions and collaboration to monitoring and results. What happens next is answered early.

Proof in Layers

Global brand logos, a testimonial on a lime band, four big figures and a team of named professionals. Each layer answers a different doubt about scale and people.

A Call Always in Reach

Lime buttons with an arrow repeat in the hero, about, services and team sections, and a large Let’s Talk line closes the page. Whoever is ready never has to look for the button.

The walkthrough

Eleven Sections, Confidence First, Then the Call

Select a section to see it in the design and what it proves to a business owner.

  1. A dark office photo under a wide headline about strategic and operational management, with a lime Discover More button and a row of client faces.

  2. A strip of global brand logos under a we worked with line, placed straight after the hero.

  3. Three numbered cards for initial contact, solutions and collaboration, and monitoring and results.

  4. A team photo beside a headline about being one of the best consultant agencies, with tabs, a short founder line and a lime button.

  5. Four services on black in a zig-zag of rounded photos and text: strategic planning, operational excellence, financial advisory and technology solutions.

  6. An office photo beside three cards for market expansion, financial health and strategic growth.

  7. A lime band with a client photo, a five-star review and dots to read more.

  8. Four figures in outlined circles for monthly users, projects completed, years of experience and happy customers.

  9. Four named professionals in black and white on deep olive, then a large Let's Talk line with an email address.

  10. Two article cards in dark frames with dates and read more buttons, and a link to all posts.

  11. The Alpatad logo set large across the footer, with the copyright and page links beneath.
