How a Startup Consultancy Website Earns a Founder’s First 15 Days

Founders are short on two things, time and money, and a consultancy asks for both. Foundwell lowers the stakes with a 15-day free trial. Our job was to make that trial feel like the obvious first step, from a single green button in the first screen to a last offer just before the footer.

The brief

A Founder Will Try a Programme Long Before They Pay for One.

The Problem

Startup consultancy sites read like brochures, with a list of services, a logo wall and a contact form. That asks a founder to commit before they’ve seen what the help looks like or who gives it. Most won’t. They bookmark the page and keep building alone.

The Goal

Make the community promise in one line. Show progress the way founders already measure it, then put the team and the prices in plain sight. Offer the 15-day trial early, in the middle and again near the end.

Who it’s for

Early-stage founders and small startup teams who want advice, tools and other founders to talk to. They judge a programme by who runs it and what it costs, and they want to try it first.

The visual system

A Violet Community Page With Green Doors In.

Violet runs through the hero, the figures, the trial band and the footer, so the page feels like one community from top to bottom. Midnight navy carries the headlines. Fresh green is kept for the try 15 days free buttons and the small section labels. White and lavender grounds give the dashboards room.

How the Design Solves It

Here is how the page moves a founder from curious to trying it.

One Line, One Green Button

The hero is a single promise about joining a startup community, centred on violet, with a try 15 days free button underneath. Nothing else competes. The services come later.

Progress You Can See

Next to the features sits a founder profile, a 1.5k monthly revenue ring and an activity chart. Revenue and activity are what a founder already watches, so the help is shown in those terms.

Faces Before Prices

A violet band of figures, from 560k+ interested people to 4.9/5 from clients, comes first. Then four team members with names and roles, from a creative designer to a web developer. The plans come after. A founder meets the people before deciding to pay them.

The Trial, Offered Three Times

A founder sees the free trial in the hero, again beside the features, and in a violet band near the end that asks if they’re ready to get started. Each time it’s the same green button. A founder who hesitates at the top gets two more chances without hunting.

The walkthrough

Twelve Sections, Belonging, Proof, People, Price

Each row below opens that section in the design, with the job it does.

  1. A large centred promise on violet with a green try 15 days free button, ending in a soft wave.

  2. A row of well-known partner logos under a trusted by line.

  3. A founder profile card, a revenue ring and an activity chart beside analytics and dashboard features, with a green trial button.

  4. Four benefit cards, from smart management to rapid communication, beside a short introduction and a learn more button.

  5. The consultancy’s approach beside an illustration of charts, targets and dashboards.

  6. A violet band with a line about the startup and four figures for interested people, clients reached, growth and reviews.

  7. Four team members in photo cards with their names and roles in green.

  8. Individual, business and company plans with illustrated boxes, ticked and crossed features and a monthly and yearly switch.

  9. A review in a violet card beside the client’s portrait, under a count of 12,000+ happy clients.

  10. A violet band offering a free trial, with a get started button and a how it works button.

  11. The latest from the blog beside two article cards with photos, dates and read more buttons.

  12. A question band with a green get started button, then the logo, contact details and three columns of links on violet.
