The CRM Website Where Every Feature Comes With Its Screen

CRM buyers have heard every promise, more pipeline, less admin, happier teams. What they rarely get before a demo is a look at the actual screens. Leadora’s site shows them from the first view, then asks for nothing more than an email to start a 14-day trial.

The brief

A Buyer Who Can See the Screens Doesn’t Need Three Demos to Decide.

The Problem

Sales and operations teams have heard every CRM promise, from more pipeline to less admin. Feature lists and abstract illustrations blur together. So buyers book three demos and choose on price. A site that never shows the product leaves the demo to do all the selling.

The Goal

Design a site where every claim is shown in the interface itself, from the dashboard to customer lists and sales tracking, backed by recognised brands and clear figures, with a free trial that needs only an email and no card.

Who it’s for

Founders, sales leads and operations managers at small and growing companies choosing their first proper CRM. They want to see the screens they will use every day before they commit.

The visual system

One Confident Violet Around Real Screens.

One confident violet carries the brand, the buttons and the feature band. Deep navy keeps the headings authoritative. Soft lavender grounds sit behind the product screens, light enough that the interface is always the sharpest thing in view.

The decisions

How the Design Solves It

The interface makes the case in four moves.

The Real Dashboard First

The hero pairs a plain promise with the actual dashboard, showing revenue, costs, projects and sales in one frame. Visitors judge the product itself.

Every Feature Shown Working

Customer management, sales tracking and messaging each sit beside a screen of the interface doing that job. A claim is never more than a glance from its proof.

A Trial With No Friction

The hero sign-up asks only for an email, with a 14-day free trial and no credit card noted beneath. Trying it becomes a smaller step than leaving.

Proof From Brands and Numbers

Recognised company logos sit straight under the hero, and downloads, followers, reviews and countries are counted further down. Buyers see that others already rely on it.

The walkthrough

Eleven Sections, Each With a Screen to Prove It

Choose a section to see it in the design and the screen that backs it up.

  1. A plain headline, a one-line email sign-up with a 14-day free trial and no card needed, and the real dashboard on the right.

  2. Five recognisable brand logos on a lavender strip under a trusted by line.

  3. Four feature cards for account management, CRM integrations, lead management and email tracking beside a short introduction.

  4. Profile and analytics screens beside a headline about convenience in transactions, three ticked points and a learn more button.

  5. A customer list screen beside the sales tracking promise, so the claim and its proof sit side by side.

  6. A violet band with an inbox screen and three cards for messaging, docs and chat, about tools that keep conversations human.

  7. A quote with a name and role beside a large portrait, with arrows for more.

  8. A collage of product screens beside four counted figures for downloads, followers, positive reviews and countries.

  9. A violet panel asking if the visitor is interested, with one get started button.

  10. A band inviting visitors to hear about deals and services, with an email field and a subscribe button.

  11. The Leadora logo, company, product and legal links, and social icons on lavender.
